What is Mindful Eating?
Mindful Eating takes a diet alternative approach to breaking the Eat--Repent--Repeat cycle at the core of many of our current issues around weight and wellbeing.
This is an approach that helps us to become aware of the “Emotions Around Eating”. An approach that can provide the tools necessary to set us up for a lifetime of "Eating What We Love and Loving What We Eat”. An approach that takes away the feeling of depriving ourselves and then wanting to binge as a result. An approach that helps us to take the focus away from food and onto living our lives.
